Head Coach

Offensive Coordinator

Quarterbacks

This is Bob Morgan's 2nd year as the Ravens head football coach. He has taught at Riverside for eight years and is going to takeover the offensive coordinator responsibilities this year. Coach Morgan also coaches the quarterbacks for Riverside. He previously taught and coached for four years at Issaquah High School. He graduated from Western Washington University with his Bachelor's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. He received his Master's degree from City University in Educational Technology. Mr. Morgan and his beautiful wife Jodine have four wonderful children, Aaron, Brianne, Cierra and Daytona.

Offensive Line

Coach Monsen came to ARHS to become a teacher and coach in 2000 from The University of Montana. He is entering his 9th year as a member of the Raven coaching and teaching staff. This will be his 7th season as the Varsity Offensive Line coach.
Andrew teaches A.P. U.S. Government at Riverside. He has been married to his beautiful wife Tia for nine years. Tia is a piano teacher who accompanies at many of the schools in the Auburn School District. Andrew and Tia welcomed Ryan Monsen to the Raven family on June 14th, 2007.
Monsen is excited for the 2008 season, and as always he will be committed to creating the all-important aura of O-LINE PRIDE!

Wide Receivers

Coach Muxen is in his fourth year of coaching at Auburn Riverside. Coach Muxen has been coaching football for the past 10years with the past 8in the Auburn School District. Coach Muxen also coaches wrestling and baseball at Olympic Middle School.
Prior to coaching, coach Muxen played football for Auburn High School. After graduation, he attended Central Washington University receiving his teaching credentials for physical education. Coach Muxen is married to his beautiful wife Ashlea; they have two daughters Madison and Aubree.

Tight Ends

Coach Harlington is coaching for his third year at Riverside. He assists with the offensive line focusing specifically on the Tight Ends. Eric has been married for over 25 years to his lovely wife, Kim.

Linebackers

 

Coach Cubit willl be taking over the defensive coordinating responsibilities this year. He has over 25 years of coordinating experience. He returned last year to the Ravens football coaching staff after a three year absence. He has been a Special Services math teacher for ARHS since the school opened in 1995. In the spring, he is a Ravens track coach. Coach Cubit is a product of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. He enjoyed a successful high school and college experience as a football player. In addition to his career at ARHS, he has taught and coached in Oklahoma and Southern California. In his spare time, Coach Cubit enjoys hunting, fishing, antiquing, traveling, and spending time with his children and grandson.

Defensive Line

Special Teams Coordinator

 

Bryce Strand is in his 7th year coaching with the Ravens. He coaches the Defensive Line. Coach Strand teaches 1st and 2nd year Spanish at Auburn Riverside and is entering his eighth-year at the school. He lives in Orting with his beautiful wife Dena. He is a 1997 graduate of Auburn High School and a 2001 graduate of Central Washington University. Coach Strand is a huge Husky fan, and is always eager to chat about the Purple and Gold. Coach Strand is really excited about the Ravens' upcoming season. He is proud of the players for the hard work that they have put in the off-season and proud to be the member of such a cohesive coaching staff. He is extremely proud to be a Raven!!!

Linebackers

Coach Hoover is coaching for his fourth season at Riverside. Clark will be coaching linebackers this year. This is his eleventh season as a football coach. He is married to his beautiful wife Lana Hoover, and has two sons Peyton-6 yrs. old and Hayden-5 yrs old.
Defensive Backs
Coach Núñez is returning to the Raven coaching staff after a one year absence. He will be in his sisxth year coaching at Auburn Riverside. He was born in Durango, Mexico and raised in Dos Palos, CA. He played college football at St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA and graduated in 1995. He coached at Dos Palos High School, his alma mater, for seven years before coming to Riverside. He will be coaching the defensive secondary. Coach Núñez enjoys teaching Spanish and coaching at Riverside and is looking forward to an exciting year.
