"Championships are won
in the off-season"
Football Players: If you are not currently participating
in another school sport, you are expected to be improving
yourselves in the weightroom. It is open daily after
school until 4pm.
Don't forget you need 100 Pride Points in order to
be able to play in a varsity game. Weightroom attendance
is just one way to start accumulating Pride Points.
Your Teammates are counting on you.
Don't let them down!
